An important note to keep in mind: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the provided ratchet tie-down system. Please exercise caution and follow the recommended installation steps closely.

Each side of the roof rack features three adjustable hooks, allowing you to easily thread the straps through the vehicle's door frames and firmly attach the rack to the roof. This versatile design ensures a secure fit for most four-door cars, both with and without side rails, as long as the height from the roof to the bottom of the bar is less than 6.4 cm.

However, it's important to note that this roof rack system is not compatible with two-door vehicles. Attempting to install any type of rack on a two-door car could potentially cause damage to the rack itself.

To install the roof rack, follow these simple steps:

1. Connect: Insert the polyester strap into the spindle slot, pull the strap through, up, and back to take up any slack.

2. Tighten: Securely tighten the tie-down strap by repeatedly pressing down and pulling up on the ratchet handle.

3. Release: Pull the handle up and over to the open flat position to give the strap slack and allow for easy removal or adjustment.

4. Remove: Pull the strap up to loosen, and then slip the strap out of the ratchet.

Please ensure that the roof rack system is a proper fit for your vehicle before making a purchase. The maximum load capacity for this rack is 170 pounds, so be mindful of the weight of your intended cargo.
